I have and will continue to dedicate a lot of time to the study and practice of self-care. In recent years self-care has become a trendy phrase to use, but many of us are still not committed to taking care of ourselves emotionally, physically, and spiritually. This blog will be dedicated to speaking about all different aspects and benefits of taking care of ourselves, difficulties we may encounter in the midst of our practice, and recommended reading to help empower everyone on the journey.
